AHE May Environments
Added 2020-04-24 13:01:40 +0000 UTCEasy for my enthusiasm to exceed my means here, so I'm budgeting three background scenes a month for the AnimeCon Harem Eroge project. VIP patrons and up will get a poll just like this a week in advance of the month to decide what we want to see next! Before game release, this gives us more options for our first alpha version. After release, it'll give us monthly updates that focus on expanding a specific new area to explore.
Kinetic Backgrounds
Leaning towards the kinetic novel path will focus on scene direction that follows the AnimeCon Harem story, but somewhat has less utility in a game with branching paths.

- Convention Cafe w/ Nightmare-mode Chalk Priceboard
- Convention Public Restroom
Visual Backgrounds
This route would focus on scenes that encourage the player to explore the convention environment with more freedom, like a visual novel.

- Convention Hall 2: Convention Harder
- Convention Entrance (Glass Entrance feature, Cafe Entrance, Registration booths, Weapons Check)
Ecchi Backgrounds
Plenty of use for both kinetic and visual novel, but might feel hollow until our other artist catches up on minimum character template stuff and has the freedom to do special ecchi illustrations for us.
