sadly 4 of them doesn't fit in together quite well
this suppose to be a set of sequence
the third and the fourth was redrawn
so there is big skipping from the second to the third drawing
and the color is totally went off the rail as time go by
"below was some nerd stuff"
there is a limit as drawing continue
most of them are 5000 pixel width and 7000 pixel height
many layers was created for more accuated light and better color
so in the end the software sai2 i was using usually go nut in my shitty pc
but it get me wonder the technical inside sai2
is quite amazing actually
i did try many drawing software but most of them are just overcomplicated or underperfermance
it seem like they were never targeted shitty pc and wasn't expect you run it without a gpu acceration
but sai2 did it
it so well performanced that in the end of each of my drawing
most of the function seem doesn't affected by the memory usage
the undo function in sai2 is what make it so different from other drawing software
this were incredible fast compare other
and it hardly be affected by memory usage
clip studio 's undo always frozen half a secound no matter how you turn the setting
is not a big deal if you can accept it
but how sai2 make it?
how it optimize this

You can also reduce the number of undo levels clip studio paint saves in order to have it run better.

2023-05-25 13:06:42 +0000 UTCThe optimization likely comes from ot being a cpu based program. Your pc likely does not have a good graphics card (which is standard for mosmost computers today). As a result sai2 works better as it doesnt try to call GPU based optimizations that run poorly on cpu. Generally speaking other pain programs are likely better optimized for a normal pc, but in your case sai2 works better due to its lack of gpu usage. At least thats what I think.
