2023-11-27 00:18:05 +0000 UTCThe most frustrating thing to deal with in my experience is: nothing happening, nothing that can be done about it and no way to find out who, what, why or when that will change. I'd almost rather know that nothing will happen till next month than know nothing at all util, out of the blue, it happens tomorrow. Even worse is when the people on the other end actively refuse to speculate for fear they might be held accountable for there wild-a**-guess being wrong. Whenever I've been the person/system being waited on; I've always tried to put a priority on "expectations management" so people don't have to wonder.
