We've Got A Lot To Do, Is It One Lump Or Two?
Added 2023-08-08 17:03:49 +0000 UTCMrs. Potts was our next character model out this month to accompany Chip. I always find the simpler models to be the hardest so this one was a bit of a challenge proportion wise but I think she turned out pretty nicely in the end.
To paint her I used Valejo Polished Gold for her trim, Arctic Blue for her eyes, Arteza Pearl White for her main body and Space Gray for her details. For her base and lid I used Lilac, Pearl Pink and Glacier Blue.
I already mentioned the Beauty and the Beast characters I plan to model on the Chip post so instead I thought I'd include a little more info about the ongoing tea set. The set will include the sugar pot and spoon, milk jug, some matching coasters, a usable teaspoon holder and a beautiful tray based on the enchanted mirror. I'll be releasing a new piece monthly until its finished and there'll be clean and patterned versions of all the pieces to match with both versions of Mrs. Potts and Chip.
The next piece of the tea set will be out early September. Out next is the end of the month post followed by whats coming up on the page throughout August!
