Anyone Can Cook... But Only The Fearless Can Be Great
Added 2023-08-20 14:31:32 +0000 UTCLittle chef Remy was our first character out this month and I'm glad to say the model came out beautifully! the fur texture picked up nicely and the patterns and details have all really added a lot to the model. His face also turned out really cute so I'm glad I chose to keep his mouth closed in the end, I also decided to leave his whiskers off which would have been way too fine to print and thickening them up just ended up taking away from it.
To paint Remy I mixed Valejo Arctic Blue, a tiny bit of Gunmetal grey, Arteza Pearl White and Arteza Electric Blue together to get the colour for his main body. Then I did the same for his tummy fur with less blue mixed in. I used Pearl Pink for his pink areas, Pearl White for his white areas and Deep Brown mixed with Red and White for his eyes and spoon. Finally for his patterns I used Arteza Sky Blue.
I don't really have anything else planned for Ratatouille sadly, unless Emile or Django get requested for the model collection, but maybe I'll make some kitchen accessories or something down the line, we'll see.
