Time is running out

This was a quick-start and it was so much fun, until it got put aside... after that it was dragging ugh! I guess I am not that kind of person that should start projects and finish them just weeks later. But as I warned before, this month is a bit chaotic.

Just for reference: Sketch + Linework was done in one night. Shading of face + hair was finished in 1-2h and then... nothing. Idk for sure, but I think it took me this entire week to finish it?

Anyways...

First time drawing sand? I hope you can see that it's sand haha! Originally I wanted to do something more gruesome, like he is melting on the right side while blood is running through his fingers instead of sand. But I feel like in my style it isn't as pretty as I imagine /:

Nothing to say much else, just that I noticed that I still try to find the perfect way to draw belly buttons haha! At least for men. If you look closely, I tried everything. Small slit like, horizontal slit, more rounded and now this! Depending on what refernce you look at and what body type the men in the image has, you get all sorts of belly buttons. I don't really know what I like best, so I guess there will be still inconsistencies with that haha!

Working hard on finishing all the other stuff - hope I can push out more next weekend! Thank you for sticking around - I really appreciate it!
