Happi Boi
Added 2023-03-17 16:00:06 +0000 UTCI did this almost entirely on the Surface Book from my boyfriend! For those who don't know: I usually work on desktop PC with a Wacom Intuos - so drawing on a screen tablet it super new for me!
I can't use the shortcut commands really and accuracy is different too. It wasn't the first time I've drawn on it, but I definitely improved on it. Still prefer PC though.
I've made the concept on PC and everything until halfway shading (step 5) was done on tablet! I noticed some struggles the more layers I added. My work is layer based and it's completely normal that I get to 40-60 (necessary) layers. This one has exactly 40 visible layers for example!
I pretty much used this to experiment with screen tablet and do some light studies. I am a bit sad that the final product somewhat differs from the concept, not because of the color, but the expression is different too I think. It might has to do with his scaring and the rendering overall.. I don't know, somehow it looks different!
