The Sexpet of Gorash 7 

The Sexpet is a form of Playting (see PLAYTHING). They are offcially a mutant  that began appearing on the Alshanian colony of Gorash 7 within a century of the colony's founding. Because they are a spontaneous mutation and have never been bred, they are a quite rare sub-species. Sexpets are an all-female sub-species. They are fully sentient with a natural IQ in the mid-eighties (Earth Standard Measurement) and can be taught to speak. They possess an innate skill with lovemaking that transcends species and gender. As long as the Sexpet's partner is a fully sentient being who can feel sexual pleasure, the Sexpet can expertly bring that creature to orgasm. 

In addition to being extraordinary lovers, the Sexpet excretes an thick pink fluid from it's mammary glands. This fluid is a powerful aphrodisiac that affects a wide range of species. For most species, especially the Alshanians, for instance, it increases arousal and the sense of touch. The effect is temporary and non-addictive, lasting two hours. The aphrodisiac is almost exclusively consumed in a cocktail called Zolan Korah or "Seeker of Pleasure". The use of the Sexpet aphrodisiac is highly controlled and available only as specially-licensed establishments. 

In humans, it has a much different effect. If consumed by a human, that human is transformed into a Sexpet. Though their intelligence is only somewhat reduced (by ten to twenty points; a feeling a bit like being drunk), the sensations of pleasure they experience from being a Sexpet are often overwhelming. 

An infected human may turn back if they can abstain from sex for one week. The aphrodisiac in the mammary glands affects the new Sexpet, constantly keeping the transformation active. Each orgasm the Sexpet experiences, is the cue for her body to create more aphrodisiac. If the subject abstains from sex for one week, the levels of aphrodisiac will be reduced to levels that will begin the process of reversion. However, very few humans are able resist the desire to have sex and spend the rest of their lives as Sexpets.

The Alshain Guild of Pleasure Houses strictly controls the consumption of the Sexpet aphrodisiac by humans. Officially forbidden, there are certain establishments on Alshain Prime that are allowed to serve on an unofficially official basis. These establishments are allowed to serve a certain number of humans per Alshain year (425 Earth Standard Days). This is done to keep the market from being flooded by Sexpets and causing a crash in the Pleasure Houses market. 

The number of humans allowed to consume the Zolan Korah is unknown. Any hitchhiker wishing to end their days as a Sexpet will have to have extraordinarily good luck in finding the right bar at the right time (though, hitchhikers who do NOT wish to end their days as a Sexpet often have extraordinarily BAD luck and find the wrong bar at the wrong time. It's just how that works. 

Any hitchhiker on an Alshainian colony world wishing to spend their night with a Sexpet, only has to have a fair amount of money. Anyone wishing to own a Sexpet needs to have a quite large amount of money to pay the yearly fee for long-term lease. No aphrodisiac may be harvested by the leaseholder and they are strictly monitored.

Another tongue challenge. I really wanted to show that the subject wasn't too unhappy being a Sexpet (or, they don't know or care that they might be unhappy being a Sexpet). I also didn't notice until doing the Aftermaths, that I made the antennae with heart-shaped lobes. Inadvertent but, apropos!
