This is one of my favorite IOI songs too, alongside 'Crush' and 'Very Very Very'. You'll notice a few members missing from this one. Chaeyeon joined her group DIA (the group was already active before PD101) for a comeback, Sejeong and Mina were making preparations to debut in Gugudan, and Yeonjung was added to WJSN's lineup for their second comeback at the time. Chungha came up with the choreography for 'Whatta Man'. Also fun fact, Younghoon from The Boyz was playing the guy in the MV.
