I find this episode so difficult. The juxtaposition of Dong-hoon getting promoted, and the celebration of that...with the seemingly hopeless situation Ji-an finds herself in. Thankfully, Dong-hoon is unwilling to give up on her, just as she was unwilling to give up on him.

I'm so happy you adore this show πππ
I have to admit that in my personal way of judging people, if someone loves "My Mister", it speaks very highly of him/her π

CEO Do is a coward. You must have noticed that. He always got someone else to do his dirty work and every time Dong-Hoon hit him he never fought back. He was scared of Ji-An. I initially felt a little sorry for him, but they never developed his back story about his marriage into a chaebol family. He was probably bitter about that, but we never learned anything more so we don't know why he got booted out.
