Or something different like: - a chimeric being, - mix together stuff like a crab a shark and an octopus, - then move things where they normally people do not expect them, (mouths tentacles, legs arms, pincers, eyes, etc.) - while still trying to give it an air of dignity, neither something normal people would perceive as an evil monster of power nor an aborted experiment to pity.
