Finishing Touches for Halloween

Almost everything's done. The keyword system had some unexpected problems, so that delayed my implementation of the party comments, though. So, today I will be doing the finishing touches for the Halloween event, and tomorrow I will release it as a special thing for the holiday. There will be another build Monday with the content I didn't manage to squeeze in time for the spooky date. So look forward to that.
