Path of Ascension 0.20 - Public Release

(Goldfish and above patrons there is already a small new build for you, there is nothing new in this post!)

• Bugfixes, the most important of which is to the levelling system and base building system.
• Living vines have been slightly nerfed for a more friendly early game. 
• Three new universes and their introductions have been added!

Each universe has two events and a very small starting area. These serve to introduce the universe and its main plotline. There will be changes to these in the future when their own gameplay elements are added along with other stuff. But for now I believe they are a good taste of what's to come. 

So, without further ado, let me introduce you to them. If you want to avoid spoilers you can leave now and go play!

Wild West Universe: Purgatory

Purgatory is split between a molten sea and a frozen wasteland. The only habitable area lies in-between these hostile environments, but just because it is habitable does not mean it is friendly. Water is a precious resource here, and recent troubles have caused a race to the west side of the land. Warring factions, however, make this trip incredibly dangerous. Such a hostile wasteland is sure to breed plenty of opportunities for greatness!

Sci-fi Universe: Primus Via

Primus Via is a galaxy controlled by Mega Corporations. To do anything here requires money, living is not a right, it is a privilege for those that can afford it. Recently, the sudden closure of the biggest mega corp around has opened a gigantic hole in the universe that every small-time entrepreneur is more than eager to fill. But things are suspicious as none of the other mega corps have made a move yet.

Contemporary Universe: Hope City

Hope City is as common as common can be. A typical modern big city, It has the troubles that any such city would have, but are any of them really worthy of a god? Its citizens live boring normal lives. They work and try to live their best lives, but is such a thing possible when one is shackled by their own lifestyle?
