Girl Solid Snake(?!) and Frankie

So I was commissioned to draw a female version of Solid Snake wearing this exact outfit and sitting in a pose roughly like this one, and so here we go! I think it came out pretty well! If you are unaware, Metal Gear Solid is one of my favorite things in this entire world, though I have never been able to quite draw Snake (I think it’s primarily because of how the bandana sits on his head/what it does to his hair). No matter, I think it all worked out in this piece ☺️☺️☺️

And Frankie — she is the Darling to Julian’s Dirtbag. They are a couple, but their relationship is WILD and they get up to a lot. I imagine that everything is very tumultuous. I also think they are referred to only as their nicknames by other people, and the only ones who use their real names is each other.

I guess technically Anaïs has her trans sub, but I don’t quite see that as an actual relationship, per se — at least not that I am interested in exploring. In this way, I feel like these two constitute my first actually-trans couple, and so that could be a really exciting venture for me as a cartoonist 😃☺️
