So it has come to my attention that a lot of people who follow my work (especially if they are newer followers) did NOT know that there are multiple versions of Anaïs, and that, in particular, Leather Anaïs was NOT the first Anaïs. Because of this, I am reintroducing Regular Anaïs, about whom I made this five-page comic in early 2022. ☺️

The original intention was for Anaïs to NOT become one of my leather girls; considering that everyone else I drew was very leather-coded, I wanted someone who just…wasn’t that. Considering that she was also a young French starlet in 1966, it didn’t even really make sense for her to be a leather queen. And then I just said fuck it and did it anyway because I am super horny and she is super fucking sexy, and then Leather Anaïs became my most well-known and beloved creation. So…yeah.

In the actual narrative, their relationship has shifted multiple times, from them being one character (Regular Anaïs “goes bad” and turns into Leather Anaïs - cis) to them being two different characters (Regular Anaïs is cis and Leather Anaïs is trans), to them MAYBE being the same again, and yet their gender designations still stand (like Regular Anaïs is a cis girl who grows a dick and transforms into Leather Anaïs). Whatever. I have no fucking clue. It’s something I will finally work out when I actually make the graphic novel lmaooo.

Anyway, if this is all old news to you, then I hope you still enjoy seeing this comic again! But if this is your first time experiencing Regular Anaïs, I hope you find some fun and joy in her lovely personality ☺️☺️☺️🙏
