EXCLUSIVE: Layouts for New Comic and Brief Update!
Added 2021-11-17 13:57:55 +0000 UTCSooo, I have been trying to do a four-page color comic for like forever, but that has always proved challenging, because, having done a twenty-page comic, going back to something that short again just felt impossible! But I wanted to do a four-page comic specifically because that’s the max amount of pages you can post while still fitting them within a tweet hehe.
In any case, this is to be a four-page color comic featuring Gertrude as she recounts an experience from her past while looking forward to her future. These layouts are really sloppy, and I am not sure exactylyyyyy how close the finished comic will be to them (I know the last line will be wildly different because it feels too out-of-character to me), but I am happy I at least got this far, because this is further than I have gotten into a new comic in years haha.
I might not publish new art for a brief while, then, because apart from this comic which will take me some time, I am also fucking broke and working on a few commissions for some people in order to make a few extra dollars. But I hope you enjoyed this little glimpse at what I am working on, and I’ll try to put out some more process stuff soon! :))) Thanks so much for your support!
