Orc Stain commission!
Added 2025-09-05 19:38:13 +0000 UTCOkay, so I had heard of neither this character (One-Eye) nor this book before I was commissioned for it, even though I do like and enjoy James Stokoe’s work (the comic came out in 2012, which was before I got back into comics myself in 2015). That said, I had a bit of fun with this commission! It was very different than usual for me, where I had to effectively draw… A GUY? Brooooo, WHAT!? Lmao. It’s chill. It was good practice!
I am ALSO very not a fantasy person, and so drawing an orc was like… oooooookay??? But I dunno, it’s cool to get the chance to do something out of my comfort zone every once in a while (and get paid for it hehehe) because it allows me to flex different muscles than usual! I hope y’all think this is cool! ☺️☺️☺️
What is a character that feels very out of my comfort zone that you would be interested in seeing me draw? Not that I will, BUT I am interested in learning y’all’s interests, and maybe I will learn about something new, as well! ☺️☺️☺️

One Eye, old pal! Damn, first Emp now One Eye? If someone commissions you a pice for a character of Saga, then you'll have the trifecta of comics I was obsessed back in early 2010's. I'm sure this is the first commission of One Eye I've seen, not made by James Stokoe of course. And if fantasy is not your thing, well, there's this character called Soren of a comic called Barbaric that I think she would be right down your alley, but from a comic that is so much not your thing.
