HELLO EVERONE!!! today I have update on the carbine for you today! the modeling is complete and ready for the test print!! wooohoooo! man has this one been a challenge, thanks to the limited internal space! especially around the mag :D but!!! I got all the features to fit!!! wooohoooo! speaking of which!!!

this model has a recoiling barrel! every time the trigger is pulled, the part at the back of the barrel moves back and forth!!!! also uses neo pixels to light up the model, they pop red when the model is out of ammo :D speaking of which the mag!!! oooo the mag!!!
ok this the tricky one! the mag is the mag as well as the AMMO COUNTER!! when looking into the model I saw that the mag is the ammo display for the model :D now sadly I haven't found a way to build holograms just yet :D but after looking at the halo 5 version of the model I realized that the ammo counter has 5 segments that go out as the ammo goes down :D and those segments line up perfectly with 5 round bits on the mag, so i have made those bits light up!!! but not just that! when looking at the reload animation, I found that the mag rotates 360 degrees when reinstalled! so i have added that to the model! so every time the model is fired the mag rotates a bit with one of the segments switching off at the right time :D
and when the ammo is out! hit the reload button and the mag cover pops up and you can remove the mag :D on reinserting it, hit the mag button again and the mag rotates and the mag cover closes again!!!! :D
this one has been a beast! but is so freaking cool :D NOW TO GET IT PRINTED!! :D WOOOHOOOO!!!
