First up, greetings new Patrons. After the Mount & Blade video there was a minor surge in overall patrons. So welcome and thank you very much for your patronage. It is possible however that existing Twitch subs are simply switching over to Patreon, since Twitch is rolling back their messaging system and Patreon is generally more reliable. But either way, welcome and sincerely...thank you.
Now then, to business, may I take your order?
To explain, after each video there's a bit of a lull insofar as editing is concerned. Which is nice because the pressure comes off and I find myself going through a bit of pre-production. This involves going through the available stream recordings on my hard drives and sorting them into the right folders. Along with cutting out the relevant clips and nesting them in Adobe Premiere Sequences for easy retrieval. You can't edit anything without first knowing if there's enough there to edit, right?
Therefore the above image is a sort of menu. Showing what I have available. Based on the streams that have been recorded and stored alongside their relevant notes.
Now, there are some completely different projects in the works. I'm working on some video-essays to mix things up a bit (that menu here. Also see the post from April the 4th if you're curious). But I rather think I should do another bullshittery before stepping back to that, since Mount & Blade took so long and I don't want to give the public another long wait. Something relatively fast to edit, and which won't be unexpectedly long.
Therefore I'm rather leaning towards Arma, personally. Since it's fresh on my mind and we're doing lots of resistance games at the moment. Or CSGO. Or PUBG. The round-based iterative natures of all three make them easier to edit. But is there a particular demand for a particular thing? Here's the menu again and here's a poll. Where is popular demand currently sitting?
So yes, TL;DR - I think I should do one more bullshittery for completion 3-4 weeks from now. Then another stab at the final installment of the video-essays.
