Holdfast: Nations at War - Silly montage

Apologies, I was totally meant to do this update last Friday evening.

Wanted to let you all know that last week's "nesting" process went quite well. I've gone through the 16 hours worth of unprocessed stream footage and cut out about 1 hours worth of useful comedy. From there I'd be able to trim the gaps to produce about 30 minutes worth. And by selecting the best bits I'll likely have enough for two future Holdfast bullshittery episodes at 10 minutes each. This footage will now be saved onto a timeline and stored for whenever you'd like a true bullshittery.

There's some other games I really need to properly nest, such as Rising Storm or Human Fall Flat. But those are to do when there's time. It's just a process I need to do at the start of each new game.

I am now taking some of the silly (primarily non-banter) moments involving people blaring dubstep or screaming "reeee", and juxtaposing them against some serious-looking title cards claiming that Holdfast shows the "grim reality of 18th century warfare" - cut to a bayonet charge to the tune of All Stars by Smash Mouth.

The video is about 4 minutes long. Averaging my usual rate of 1 minute per day I should be able to have most of it done by the end of the week. And will then present it to you to see what you think.

Again, this isn't a proper bullshittery. Just a quick gag showing that the multiplayer was not quite what you'd expect from the Napoleonic era. A smaller project among the previous grueling ones.
