TEASER #1 - Random CSGO Bullshittery (part 8)

A quick teaser on the next Youtube video.

And another progress update. Of the 27 scenes I have finished about 21. Though there's quite a bit of tinkering to do on some of them as I go back, so...more like 19.5 to be honest.

I'm discovering that the new After Effects learnings are making the editing more efficient, but it's only really shaving minutes off rather then huge amounts. It is making the editing much more satisfying though. I can just move the clips around on the timeline really quickly rather then drag and drop large segments. Or parent some moving text to a null object, rather then copy paste lots of keyframes.

Editing continues. No great challenges being faced on this one, it's coming together nicely. I'm aiming for this weekend, though that may be a bit tight. We'll see :)

Hey there Renzo. Have you considered doing a short notification video to your followers pointing out that you have Patreon? Briefly surmising what it is and why it's useful (non-reliance on advertising sort of thing). You might find people will be more repsonsive there? On the second question, are you asking what's my development process? Well how I do it is to make a brief note on a notepad when something happened that I found amusing. Then at the end of the stream, go through the recorded footage and cut out that segment using VirtualDub64 bit. Storing them in folders to be used later. Once I've got 30-40 individual scenes, I start putting them on an Adobe Premiere timeline. And then start to add title text boxes for each joke that needs to be highlighted. Then it's simply a case of setting positional keyframes for where I need the text to be, with as many as I think are needed to make it look as though the text is physically attached.

Soviet, i have a question, i'm also a youtuber like you, but i make League of Legends content, i'm from Argentina and have 115k subs, but i never take it really seriously, i have a questions to make, i will appreciate it a lot if you can answer me, so i can become a better youtuber. First, i know you have your patreon know, so that make you more easy to dedicate a lot of your time in this, but, i dont really care about the money, but, i definitely can't live from youtube, it'll be nice if i can get only the basics (food, etc) around this, but, i cant', so, what advice can you gimme to make my work better for me to take more responsibility? And second, i really fucking love make vids, i edit like you and really feel connected with your style, i share a lot of qualities with you, i really feel identified with many things that you do, like the texts on your vids, i make it just like you and i dont even meet your channel before, also what you do with the scenes, move move move until you feel right, i did the same, with the jokes, the long and the short clips, but my question is, how the fuck you see ALL your gameplays? i mean, how you get the scenes, watching it all (like 10 hours at least) or you play and when you know that moment will be a scene you write it and then cut that? I dont speak really really well english, i mean, i probably say a lot of "i" hahaa i hope you can read it without blowing your mind and hopefully you can respond me! <3 Thanks a lot anyway, and, keep going (of course u will) and good luck with all your work, u will be my muse.
