Thank you very much for taking part in the prior poll and opinion bath folks. So it's quite clear that Divinity: Original Sin 2 is the popular choice. On both the Patron specific strawpoll and the Twitch version. Combining the results we get the following:

So the poll was a bit atypical due to the bad timing of Twitch's email feature getting removed. I really had no way of sending the poll out to just the subscribers, meaning regular viewers were able to vote. Which isn't necessary a bad thing as they're fans also, and Divinity was the leading choice, but next time I'll get a proper Discord channel sorted.
Once again I'm thrilled to see a fairly even spread of opinions rather than a single overwhelming focus, such as Arma. It helps counter burnout as an editor, that's for certain.
So Divinity: Original Sin 2. A challenging choice indeed. But one I hope to rise to.

The first task I need to do is to take the 80 hours of footage for the earliest playthrough and start scrubbing it for useful scenes.
Sadly, the notes for Divinity are quite rubbish, as I don't think I was using the proper stream deck setup yet. Not that it matters really, because I was hoping to include lots of narrative beats to showcase the story. So jumping to disconnected timestamps wouldn't be helpful.
The tricky first part will be trying to decide which gags should go where, so the later jokes are properly setup. I've effectively got to condense 80 hours of gameplay into about 1 hour ish, assuming it's about 6 episodes in total. And evenly distributing the amusing highlights.
And I really should have that rough framework complete, before getting into the weeds of text and keyframing. Will make a start and let you know how it goes :)
