Divinity: Original Sin 2 Bullshittery - Update #1

So with lots of enthusiasm for the project, I've been diving straight in on the weekend.

The initial cutting being made more entertaining by being able to steadily rewatch Divinity II again and pickup story-beats missed in the moment.

I have three goals for this initial scrubbing phase:

- 1.) Identify anything amusing and place it on the timeline.

- 2.) Identify and cut any "connective tissue" moments which explain what we're doing.

- 3.) Leave everything non-essential on the cutting room floor.

I've managed to get through about 3 streams out of 31. Though speaking truthfully, I may have everything I need already for the two episodes. And may simply double back and begin a secondary cutting phase soon, whilst the structure is still fresh in my mind.  I've identified about 1 hour and 20 minutes of useful footage out of 6 hours worth.

Frustratingly though, I've massively cocked up. I'd incorrectly setup my audio layers on the .mp4 recordings for about 33% of the streams. Meaning all audio (voice, game and teamspeak) is baked into one audio layer.

That's going to make cleaning up and balancing volume much more tedious. And does this frustratingly annoying thing where the cuts are exposed by skipping musical tracks. Anybody familiar with the Divinity music, or even just anybody with headphones, will detect something being off.

An amateur mistake!  Bugger.
