New Video - Random Onward Bullshittery

Good evening folks. I hope you've all had a lovely weekend.

I plan to make a few tweaks for some typos some eagle-eyed viewers have noticed. And then render a full version with corrections. Probably around Tuesday morning-ish.

So these are virtually all of the highlights for Onward. Owing to the fact that we didn't play it as much as the other VR games. Though some stuff did get trimmed to the cutting room floor.

Some of the audio has been intentionally shimmied around onto unrelated levels. This is because the colour pallet can change so drastically and I didn't want to confuse viewers for what could be a very short joke. This meant having to come up with creative ways to disguise ambience noise, from audio that was recorded on a completely different level. 

For example, that "Rotary has a small pee pee" radio message was the only funny thing to happen on the Electric Dam level. Which has prominent turbines spinning. How to disguise it? Well I happened to crouch near a tank in Suburban and reload my machine gun. Meaning I could disguise it as a tank engine. That sort of thing. Pretty fun :)

So this week I've been focusing pretty heavily on the quality-assurance for the project. A few more tweaks and the public version should be all set. But for the moment it's ready for viewing above if you're interested.

My plan now is to take a few days off, maybe go fishing. And ponder what the next project should be. As always, thank you sincerely for your extreme patience with me. And for your generosity overall.
