August 2025 - Post poll for next project result

Good evening folks. Thank you for taking part in the poll over the weekend and once again sorry for the delay with Dungeons and Dragons bullshittery.

It appears that the winner of the poll is PEAK at more than 662 votes. Thank you very much. I shall endeavour to go through the footage and see if I can delivery a bullshittery.

Before I do though, something has come up this week. May I present you with a different pitch? Before getting on with PEAK. Bear with me while I plead my case.

For those who don't watch the livestreams, there was a particular high point in the multiplayer games of Rust last night. When a series of escalating events this week, both planned and unplanned, resulted in a large scale attack on "Honeypot Hill", our main Rust base.

What followed was something of a last stand, attracting participants and onlookers. Opportunists and aggressors. With a large number of players from this community and Dinkles, coming in and taking part.

I feel I've been struck with the lighting bolt of inspiration. I'm energised and enthused.

What I'm doing right now is typing up a script. Penning a quick account documenting the battle and its many, many plot twists. It's secret reveals, codewords and unexpected problems. The whole thing was almost like a soap-opera in its scope. With so many things going on beneath the surface that the livestream did not see. And I'd love to talk about.

I have a broad structure of the script so far. I'm filling in the details.

In my mind, I'm picturing a brief video talking through this battle and its lead up. Discussing the planning and the trickery. The propaganda and the lies. And a walkthrough of the clash before its amusing conclusion.

A story telling video, essentially.

If it's alright with you all, I'd like to plink away at this script for the moment? Particularly whilst it's still fresh. As I feel I've been zinged with lighting bolt of inspiration and it would be wise to run with it.

At the end of the week, let me see what I've come up with. And then you guys can decide if you'd like me to do this and then PEAK? Or maybe PEAK and then this?
