La idea es que este proceso lo puedas entender a tal punto que mentalmente puedas generar estas formas y crear manos de manera precisa desde tu memoria. 

Haz este mismo tutorial con un cubo de plastilina o arcilla moldeable, el dibujo y escultura van de la mano.

Si quieres dibujar tridimensionalmente, estudia la verdadera tridimensionalidad, no hay nada más efectivo que eso.

2 - A esta forma corta cuatro lados de la palma como se muestra en el dibujo, resultando en una parte mas grande que otra, esta figura de cinco lados es más exacta a una palma real. / This shape cuts four sides of the palm as shown in the drawing, resulting in one part larger than the other, this five-sided figure is more accurate to a real palm. 

 En el lado donde se forma una forma triangular es donde van colocados los dedos, así obteniendo su curvatura que le da a cada dedo su tamaño particular. / On the side where a triangular shape is formed is where the fingers are placed, thus obtaining their curvature that gives each finger its particular size.

3 - El último corte, en el lado de los dedos, cortamos diagonalmente, quedando en una forma de cuña, ahora la parte donde van los nudillos es más corta, el lado de la palma es más larga. / The last cut, on the side of the fingers, cut diagonally, leaving it in a wedge shape, now the part where the knuckles go is shorter, the side of the palm is longer.

 Ahora la palma es precisa y clara en todas sus formas tridimensionales básicas, incluyendo los pliegues que se forman entre los dedos por la forma de cuña.
