yes you´re right i noticed it too!

There's a mistake with Q(9b) in the worksheet; Probability of type 2 error is written as 0.138 in the answers, whereas in the actual mark scheme it is 0.318.

Hi, i wanted to ask something! For example, say we have a random variable X that is distributed with binomial or poisson distribution. Say for example the critical region is X <= 2, so p(Type 1) = p(X<=2), so then p(Type 2) = p(X>=3) right? So then if the critical region is X< 2 , p(Type 1) = p(X<= 1), would p(type 2)= p(X>=2)? or would it be p(X>=3)? my exam is tomorrow so any help at all would be so appreciated!!

Got it, Thanks! :)

Hey I explain confidence intervals in the “Sampling and Estimation” video/worksheet. All the theory and proofs are on that worksheet :)

Hello, just wanted clear something, um...I think you missed explaining Confidence Intervals questions for this worksheet. I couldn't find the explanation for that in the video( sorry if it was included,, if it was could someone mention the timeline where it was posted in the video?), Cheers!

No I just slipped up it’s 9.2 of course. You guys don’t miss a thing haha

hello, just wanted to clarify something, for question two, in order to find the critical path's greatest value, you calculated an expression which contains "9.4(power 4) over 4!", instead of 9,2(power 4) over 4!...am i missing something?
