After skimming through "Iuz the Evil" I got the impression that the Bonehearts are not a bunch power seeking ascetic sadists like the lawful Hierarch of the Horned Society. They are in it for their special cocktail of sex, drugs, violence, and demonic euphoria. Probably better not to spell that out, but makes a heck of an Achilles' heel.

I would imagine when the Bonehearts party, they are unplugged for weeks on end. Those left in charge lack the resources to obtain much in the way on unspeakable pleasures, but they are not nearly as feared. Perhaps they can manage to keep some of the slave estates and autonomous estates running. They might produce enough food that 50% of Iuz's legions might not go free lance raiding.
