Early signups are now available for the Season 20 Trophy Challenge! This Seasons Trophy Challenge boasts lots of brand-new features coded especially for Season 20!
About this season
This season we've looked at how we can re-invent the Trophy Challenge, allowing us to provide a series that's unique and interesting for everyone whilst also allowing for it to expand to cater to our growing audience, which is why this season, we've made some changes!
What's Changed?
Open to all!
This series is now open to all PitSkill Drivers who pass the signup rules, however, only VIP members are eligible to win the coveted "VIP Trophy" from the series!
NEW Prequalifying rules!
Prequalifying rules are now in effect for signups to every race in the series, intending to make the grid more competitive than ever, with a minimum licence class of C Class and a minimum PitSkill rating of 1750+ required, it will ensure that drivers have driven enough of our ranked races to get a "feel for the field" before signing up!
PitBOP Enabled!
PitBOP is now enabled on the series, to bring as many cars as close as possible during the race at a raw pace as possible! Read more here: https://pitskill.io/bop
Fixed Car, Series & Unlimited Grid Sizes
To combat attendance as well as allow for us to cater to unlimited drivers, we have changed this championship to a fixed car series, meaning that at certain split sizes on each event, the grid will split DYNAMICALLY PER EVENT, allowing us to have unlimited grid sizes for the series, however, Split 1 will still be the only Split with Live Streaming and Live Stewarding!
Since you're a VIP member, you can click the "Sign up to all events" button on the series page just like how a championship would work!
PitSkill Qualifying Rounds
Giving even more reason to partake in series and races across the platform, this series will feature 2 brand new formatted "PitSkill Qualifying Rounds" at Monza and Silverstone; meaning that your grid positions will be set by your PitSkill rating, no need to qualify!
The practice session for these rounds has been extended to 20 minutes.
"Big Grid" Rounds!
2 "Big Grid" rounds have been introduced to the series, with the grid size set to combine Split 1 and Split 2 (80) at Suzuka and Spa; giving you even more drivers to race against in these races!
These events will have extended qualifying (20min) and will have the qualifying grids split by licence plate colour:
- Silver - First 10min.
- White/Black - Final 10minutes.

Sign-ups for VIP Members are now available for Season 20!
Public signups will be released after the "Warmup to the Trophy Challenge" event which will be used for live streaming testing!
