Now that I have received this letter, I have to give something back to Gordon-san.

I haven't even fulfilled Kushana's wish yet.... There were too many things left undone.

I was reminded that there were so many problems that had been assigned to me since this morning. Still, my top priority right now was Julie-sama.

"Oh, is that a compliment?"

"You can interpret it in your own way now."

Mother said this in some dismay and took a sip of her tea.

"...Are you sure you don't want Gilles here?"

I respond to Big Brother Henry's question somewhat apologetically.

"Gilles won't be around this time..."

Gilles could be a bit too faithful, but I doubt that Julie-sama would really be interested in Gilles.

The three brothers of the five noble families would still be more contactable than the clever boy from the poor village. I doubt if this strategy would work, but it would be much better if it did than if it didn't.
