Hey everybody! Thank you SO much for helping us reach this milestone. Huge deal! As some of you might know we basically split our time between youtube and our commercial work to make a living. With this milestone we are now slowly able to shift into working more for our favorite "clients": You guys. The goal is definitely to stop doing commercial work altogether (or at least not very often) and only doing videos and other free educational/entertaining stuff. I'm not sure how we should continue here, when we set the new milestone. It has been one year since we set up our Patreon account and it is ready for a big update. So much has changed in the last year. Youtube years are really like dog years. Even last December feels like a totally different world than today. A huge thank you to each and every one of you from the whole team. You guys are the reason we exist.

Congratulations to our mighty overlords, what milestones lie next I wonder? Hmm, I suppose it would be the team working full time on the videos am I right? With the added bonus of a shiny fancy Coffee machine too of course. Some pledge ideas in the future could be: 1. - You'll get a T-shirt with your fancy Bird Avatar printed on it! 2. - We'll create a short video on a simple science topic we can fit within the confines of 30 or less, and your Bird Avatar will be the star! 3. - We'll record an original song-length piece of music all for yourself to have and use for your own YouTube videos (or whatever). Not even Kurzgesagt will use it unless you say otherwise! *shrugs* Anyhoo, well done.
