This video got me thinking about "softer" of "lifestyle" solutions to aging like fasting, cold showers over even vegan diets. Are they recognized in the scientific community as legitimate solutions or it is still a matter of debate or fallacy ?

You Know guys... In White blood cells there is group of cells... They have the ability of repairing old cells... if we create a some kind of enzyme which could stop the damage and aging of the most important cells, at least.... Neurological cells.... Well it will be a good advanced too. 🤔
