Changes coming Next Month, News and Stuff

I know I know UUUUGH text wall. You know I ramble ;-; . Sorry in advance for the length. No bad news, just a bunch of changes.

Changes.

Hey guys, so the biggest thing first. I've been doing a bit of thinking (yeah it hurt) and i feel like the time is right to change things a little here. As of next month i'm going to be canning the $3 tier.

So how does that help me? It means everything will be accessible via one tier and it's a headache that i no longer have to deal with. I dropped the $7 for similar reasons earlier. Doing this eliminates a bunch of uncertainty in my head and that should hopefully give me confidence to post more without having to worry about planning releases. 

It (hopefully) turns Patreon into more of a support the artist page with access to early content, rather than a set of gates to hold content behind. That's never really been what i wanted.

If you're on the $3 and want to stick around, I appreciate the help and commitment, and I really want to shake up what i offer here for the extra value. If this is the final stop for you though, then thank you for supporting me up to now. Believe me I totally understand especially considering how the last year has panned out. Priorities are super important.

News.

I'll begin making consistent sketch drops here. These will be roughs of work that'll eventually come to be completed, or experiments that don't necessarily go anywhere, of which i have a buuuunch that i could share, but just never do because embarrassed. Basically i need to get the hell over myself lmao. Any words of motivation will be well and truly welcomed.

You might have noticed Rodarc's absence lately. Yeah, it's been mothballed pending a probable rewrite. Having Winty and Otayen in a fetishy NSFW piece was a mistake, and doesn't jive with my kooky "potentially a bit lewd but not outright explicit" adventurer schtick plans for my two main OCs. Plus it distracted from the goods by having too much story, not enough sexy times yada yada yada -  but hey, it was my first attempt at a comic, things were learnt ^^;; . I did love Winty and Eric's budding friendship, and Colt was going to be a super interesting character as the story progressed. 

I should probably do an AMA for the story in its original form. I knew how it was panning out, but didn't get the chance to tell the story proper. Let me know if you'd be interested to know what the plan was for the comic.

Both Eric and Colt were fated to join the Wintech crew, so I might do some things in the future that already incorporate them. The origin stories will most likely differ, and I need to plan the alterations, but watch this space regardless. 

Stuff.

I'm looking into a Discord server. I hear it's a bunch easier to manage, plus i'd get to foster the beginnings of a wee community there. You'd all have easier access to me for questions etc. I also hear there's a potential for private streams there too - which would mean less worry about German copywrong if what i'm led to believe is correct. Picarto honestly sucks, so any potential info on setup of that that you might have is truly welcomed.

I want to start shorter, more focussed 5/10 page mini comics that i can produce quickly and release as a complete thing. If you have any topics you'd like explored in an artistic comic style reminiscent of Rodarc's, then let me know. Muscle growth is always a plus. :P

OH, I want to do another 3 Pokémon this month. Who do you want to see and doing what? I'll pick the best fits for me. Comment below. >:3
