For some reason, unfortunately it sometimes happened that you might not have received your reward...

We appreciate your support so much and the rewards are well deserved!
Some of you have already reached out to us and we are always happy to make it up to you.
We hereby want to encourage you to drop us an email at: patreon@kurzgesagt.org
Maybe you can attach some kind of screenshot/prove of your pledge and also let us know your name and pledged amount in the email.
In case you just became our patron or upgraded your pledge this month, you will automatically receive your reward in the first week of March, so you can ignore this note ๐
