The Rubricauda [PHTN808/A]

A basic concept for Winty's ship, the Rubricauda. 

This ship was constructed by both Winty and Otayen using an abandoned PHTN601 model as a starting base. Then, based on old schematics it was upgraded and retrofitted with components salvaged from the Metal Sea on the dustball moon Arkana.

Starting from the cockpit, there are terminals for 4 occupants, but the entire ship can be controlled with one thanks to the on board AI control system. There is an emergency escape hatch either side of the cockpit body. From the cockpit there'll be stairs heading both up and down. 

The stairs that lead up go to a corridor with living quarters either side. Each room gets a bevelled window and contains a tiny combo toilet/showering unit.

The stairs that lead down from the cockpit head to the main living and kitchen area. A communal seating area with TV display is found here. There are coolant vents, life support systems and a network of piping and computing cores in this part as well. There's a single maintenance hatch that runs the length of the ship, accessable via a trapdoor.

Beyond that is access to both the engine magnetochamber, and the cargo bay accessible via stairs leading down either side beneath that.

PHTN808/A
Phaethon model 808. Auric energy class. Uses magnetically suspended Auric plasma for propulsion.
Capable of up to 3x faster than light travel, but limited by the deflector power and the requirement to vent heat from the core afterwards.
A little sluggish planetside, experiencing speed reduction due to it's 180 tonne weight.
The ship forms a bubble using the two nacelles located on the winglets either side.
It has two intake vents either side of the body allowing for fast accumulation of particulate that can be filtered and processed by on board systems.
It has two large mechanical landing feet which extend from hatches beneath the two winglets.

Later i'll decide on colours, and i'll be looking to give this a proper model in Blender as well. Still, for a base this is close to the space RV i imagined for Winty and crew to have XD
