During lab testing any live specimens placed in the same sealed chamber would be infested and enhanced; their musculature thickening and their strength escalating far beyond what is naturally possible.
Summit poured over the resulting creature's endocrinal readings, finding numbers that should've been impossible.
As he strapped the container to his back and held the delivery tubes in his hands, he was hard at the idea of experiencing the power for himself.
"No going back." he mused as he connected the attachments to his mask and felt the first of the tendrils probe his skin...
