I'm sooo sensitive about animals because they remind me of my dogs lol this episode was so hard on me because I couldn't imagine my dogs being lost and hurt and looking for me

2021-04-03 11:43:35 +0000 UTCYeah, poor Appa ran into some very bad people. But he did also meet some kind ones, the boy at the circus, Suki, and the Guru. Life is messy. Sadly many animals are treated like this and worse. I was so sad for you coming into watching these two episodes. We all cry more at the second viewing. Anytime we hear that song like the first time he sang it, my 12 year old was next to me as I watched, she teared up and you were smiling. Because she knew what was coming. It's such a beautiful song though, I'm love Asian poetry, they did a good job with this version. And what a beautiful way for Mako to be remembered.
