They have 3 days to prepare. How would it turn out against a high school team/all the minor league levels

Seeing as though the CBA ends at the end of the season we may see some new rules in place next year. Aside from the unisiversal DH/expanded playoffs, do you know of any changes either the league or players are going to be pushing for? Also when do we get the video of your rematch with Owl? 😂😂😂

2021-03-05 00:07:33 +0000 UTCI came up with my own expanded playoff system, can you critique it? Tell me what you like and don't about it, or if you straight up hate it. Here's how it works. The LDS, LCS, and World Series are as they were in 2019 and before. Rather than a Wild Card, the first week after the season consists of two tournaments per league. The division winners play a round robin hosted by the team with the best record. If a team wins two games, they get to be the highest seed, but if each team wins once, the team with the best record gets it. The four best non-division winners play a double elimination tournament, hosted by the best record among them, with the winner moving on to face the highest seed.

2021-03-04 06:25:57 +0000 UTCWhat are your thoughts about dubbing the solo home run to left field in a 3-0 ballgame the "Castellanos?" It certainly developed a life of its own. Assuming your approval, I searched the Stathead Play Index and found 1,439 instances of it happening in the regular season dating back to 1916 and 15 more times in the playoffs dating back to 1903. (It's not a comprehensive list because I can think of at least one home run that qualifies but did not make the list because Baseball Reference did not input a location.) Nick Castellanos has three, which is not bad, but he is less than halfway to the record of eight held by Harmon Killebrew and (surprisingly) Vinny Castilla. An additional fun fact: Bob Gibson and Kevin Brown have both given up and hit a Castellanos, and in fact they have both hit two!

Team loyalty is admirable but I'm just sick of watching him waste his talent and hate the idea of our generation's Mays/Mantle never getting a playoff win, let alone winning a WS.

Also, what is your all time starting 10, including pitcher and DH, of MLB players related to another, in any fashion, with both being in the squad. For example, if you want Craig Biggio behind the dish, you gotta have Cavan somewhere else. Feel free to bend the rules as you see fit!

But in baseball you can have any body type and still succeed, ex. small (Altuve) tall (Judge) big (Vladdy Jr.) ripped (Trout) skinny (deGrom)

In most sports you can make sure your best players are on the field for the big moments and design your plays to maximize their impact. In baseball, you have to have faith in every member of your roster and hope that they step up when the time comes.

But a pitch that seems like it could really benefit from the effects of ssw is the slider, which could break even further than before. What are some thoughts you have on SSW as we continue to understand it and what are some possible new developments that you think will continue to change pitching?

The short season meant back issues were less of a problem, so he yielded great results. Although we'll see, maybe back issues are a thing of the past and Kershaw is climbing back.
