New File, and Declined Pledges

Also a number of people had declined pledges. I emailed them about it, and so did Patreon. Anyone who didn't get back to me and who has been declined at least once before, has been blocked for now, removing them from their pledges. If you think you were blocked in error or would like to be unblocked, let me know.
Blocking a patron is the only way to remove their "Declined" pledges from my Patreon and make the pledge amount accurate. If I don't remove them, it inflates the numbers and also causes recordkeeping problems.
Please make sure your credit card info is accurate and up to date before pledging, to avoid any issues.
