Its just a brief thought on mindfulness that echoes some of my self help themes. Incorporate it into your daily meditation, if you can and want to.
You should be meditating, exercising, getting some sunlight each day, and eating right. I'm not gonna nag about it but you should critically investigate the parts of yourself that tell you to do otherwise.
