Increasingly Automatic
Added 2021-01-31 11:05:40 +0000 UTCA new Beginner file. I like to use the idea of background processes. I use it in System Analysis, in Brain Drain, in Mentally Muzzled, and of course in Automatically. This is a free beginner oriented loopable (track you can put on repeat) that includes a few good ways of thinking about trance, some mantra thinking, and a useful reminder that trance can take many forms. There are some thoughts mixed in that I hold in mind during autohypnotic experiences and I wanted to share them. Early access for patrons, I'll post it to the site in a few days.
