So, Welcome to a NEW MONTH!

Firstly, my normal attempts to scare people off and remind them of their financial requirements in meatspace seems to have worked to an extent. I don't do this every month to just have fun or be weird, or even reverse psychology as some people have suggested. I do this every month because automatic payments are a great way to forget about payments. During these really fucked up times, I think everybody aught to be mindful of where their money is going, especially when resources are tight. It's important to not lose sight of the value of a dollar, and doubly so when resources are at a premium.

So, what can you look forward to this month? That's what I hear. Well, I'm looking at the videos lined up and I can say for certain you'll get what you wanted and more so.

From the start of the month, till the end of the month, july is CHOCK FULL of madness. You will have space station 13. You will have Rimworld. You will have many episodes of crazy things in between. Coming up on the 4th of July are 3, THREE episodes in one day. A continuation of Far Cry 5 with a cop, a continuation of FireTeam Whiskey, and a new face in the legionary video lineup - FlipFlop the Pilot.

So, some people I know don't care too terribly much about the volume so long as I am:
1. Happy
2. Healthy

So here's what I have said before, and will say again.
1. I'm working on it though I think happiness is an abstract concept
2. I'm doing better in these regards than I have in many years.

Further: Episodes of the BPL Podcast have been pretty fun to make. They'll be coming out once a week, if not bi-weekly when shit gets busy. We keep rambling on about things we care about and you can look forward to new episodes every friday or every-other-friday again, as we get busy.

Speaking of Busy!

I'm still writing the Mackie Episode. What started as something simple on a mech nobody knew nothing about is a deep dive on what and why and who, and frankly, it's weirder than you think.

You'll see. I've decided to act on the notion that, ultimately, its better to do an interesting/higher quality video than put down timelines and work myself to the bone to deliver the bare minimum. You guys deserve the best. Nothing else.

Lastly, yes, some people have said "Tex, you've been making daily content for MONTHS now, stoppit. it's appreciated but god damn what's wrong with you"

I will. July is the last month where you'll see shit every day. I can't keep it up, nor can the legion at my back. Well, we probably could but we'd all go crazy.

Crazier.

I mean, you did see the cooking video, right? That's one of the MORE SANE guys.

Just saying..

So, Welcome to a NEW MONTH!

I'm still saving money by not paying for crap tv/streaming service. I'm still ahead. Also, slow burn that Makie to perfection... like always. Once released it will be there to watch again and again, sans youtube fuckerie.

I thoroughly enjoy the content that the BPL has produced, and enjoy each video you put out. Also, you got me addicted to SS13, so keep putting those out please. Thanks to your videos I like to think that I'm a proper Goongineer. Hail Cargonia.

Thanks for all the fun shit that BPL and you, do Tex. Definitely pace yourselves. And i am glad things are turning up for you.

Beersgheettii is sane. I'll batchall psychiatrists for their lobby art if they want to fight about it.

>What started as something simple on a mech nobody knew nothing about is a deep dive I'm starting to see a recurring theme here..

Thanks again Tex. I am glad you will be ramping down, prior to being hurt, I pushed myself far far too hard. I would hate to see you do the same. I know you say you have it under control, I just hope you can take a break and rejuvenate for a while.

Jolly good bruh. Take your time. Execute Cappellans. Carry on!

You take your sweet time bringing the story of the Mackie to life. It's one of the barest places in the battletech lore. If you're going to tie the tiny scraps of info together in a semi coherent way...fucking hell man, that's worth a lot more than the simple burger I contribute.

As each month, I could spend 16ish dollars on a streaming service, or I could give you guys some money and enjoy new and old content. I know YouTube has some form of paying people who have followers, but giving the money to the creator feels more real, cause I am always defaulting to a BPL video for washing dishes, washing motorcycles, or just relaxing after work. You guys deserve to be compensated because my day is better because of what you all do!

The value of a dollar is important. But, to some of us, the value of the joy that your videos and the videos of the Legionnaires brings to us is far greater. Those of us that stayed do so because we feel an attachment to you and to the Legion. It's like a little fucked up virtual home for some of us. So, thanks, Tex and thanks, Legion.
