If you do I would suggest Splashdown. It is the start of a whole new world (takes place in our world like 2040s) I've not read a book so fast in years. The fact that they are making a tabletop game based off of it is cool too. Some may say this book was slow to get going but it was world building so it had to take some time but damn when the action started it was go time. Definitely worth a read in my opinion with the second book due out this week actually. I greatly appreciate what you and your team does so keep going one day at a time Sir

It falls in line with what one of my college professors had posted in his office: "You learn more and more about less and less until you know everything about nothing". Expertise is a specialization. Also only just checked out Hired Steel, and damn man I can see why you recommend them beyond even your own involvement in the production. That's some quality mech content right there, I love it. Slowly wrapping up listening to the Magistratum Mundanus, and loving the shenanigans of the final act. Question I have is, what was the plan for if things at some point didnt go well? If Delta hadn't managed to somehow keep their noses clean in their shenanigans (example given, what if they hadnt convinced the captain that not all in the precinct was on the up and up). I've run into players who completely undermine the intended course of events before, and its fun to roll with the improv, but there are just so many times where things could have been totally derailed that I wonder what the plan B was.

I have also found the Deathwatch RPG a bit much but is best played when no one take it serious and wants to instead of using a drop pod they deploy planet side by belly flop.

Screen had died very hard, but that didn't stop the Podcast. I couldn't pause it. I couldn't switch it. And the only thing I could do was to take out the battery. Which I didn't. That was beautiful. A non-stop stream of glory and fun. Kept the smile on my face. Made me look like real weirdo, because I was smiling for no reason at random intervals at people. I would like to thank you, your players and especially the glorious editor that had put this all together. For making me look stupid and smile at people. Which I don't normally do. So thank you. Your podcast is pretty good.

What is luxury food, and what is poverty food? How about drinks, is clean water the pinnacle of beverage, or some x-tuple distilled booze made from the pineal glands of an endangered species, which tastes like kerosene but nobody will admit it? Towards that end, is there much food mentioned in Battletech outside of the Triple-F burger?

The novels are probably the closest weβll get to an omniscient view of individuals were thinking but itβs a surprisingly in-depth level of detail
