Let's see if I beat the buzzer with this one. Last time I asked you about it you mentioned reinstalling Freelancer, so does that mean we might be getting a Freelancer video/stream at some point? Also, if you could fly any ship from that game, which one would you?

2023-04-04 21:20:49 +0000 UTCI think you mentioned before that you're not much of a fan of going to museums, etc., and being pretty much a recluse myself, I think I understand. Back before COVID hit, I decided that because I have the option (it's about a 7h drive) I'd visit the Normandy coast to see the D-day landing areas and some of the history behind them, including Pointe du Hoc, which recently made the news as part of the cliff face collapsed. It's only natural, but this does have some serious repercussions for the areas that can be visited, including a probable relocation of the monument to the Rangers. Are there maybe any (historical) areas like that you'd like to visit before nature reclaims them, but.. well.. *gestures at Atlantic ocean* ?

2023-04-04 14:32:52 +0000 UTCI've been watching Forgotten Weapons on YouTube for the last few weeks and I've been really enjoying listening to Ian spout all his knowledge on weapons and military procurement, it's been very interesting and it got me thinking: what would u do if someone came to u with a briefcase full of money told u to come up with designing and making a pistol, rifle, machine gun, and shotgun? What caliber would u use for each weapon, how would they work? And also, if the opportunity presented itself, would u do a collaboration with Ian? That's definitely something I'd love to see.

2023-04-04 09:44:42 +0000 UTCPeople always decry the re-telling of stories on podcasts but I have no problem with it personally when its Dep and his story of the Alabama guppy tank or you ruining star war for that one dude by pointing out the inconsistencies of the seemingly non existant massive air traffic collisions in the prequels. Them stories always have me dying laughing

2023-03-31 07:13:15 +0000 UTCI've long thought that Golden Marky was an overrated emperor. Who was the worst Roman emperor though? Caligula? Nero? One of the dudes who ruled for a few months after Nero? Someone else entirely?

2023-03-30 04:45:08 +0000 UTCIf the art for the Magestatum Mundanus manual is just Ricky's crayon drawings, im gonna laugh until i die. Well until then, i will wait for a long form history documentary that i will put on my side screen while a play a video game until it becomes too interesting and engaging that i pause said video game and stare at my side screen until it is finished.

2023-03-29 23:32:42 +0000 UTCI used to be a workaholic myself. employers kept taking advantage of me, it almost killed me, and i just sort of walked away from it all and lived on a sailboat for a year. the funny thing is even though i force myself to work at like 40% of my previous capacity i'm still one of the most productive people i work with.
