I'm obviously no "investor", just an asshole who throws 10 bucks at a few people a month because their shit makes me giggle. But that's just it. I'm throwing that money at the *person*. The work is important, I'm not gonna say it isn't. But what good is the work if the artist making it is burning themselves to cinders to make it happen? At the very least take my damn 10 bucks and go buy yourself a burger. And if you are willing to listen to this asshole take a lot more than that.

I'm a few days late, and I ain't got the words some people do, but listen to the fucking accountant at the very least. I'd rather you actually pay yourself, but at the very least don't cost yourself.

Please consider that when deciding on your "cut" of...your own money. Self reply because man, trying to type on shitty signal on a phone with my oversized man paws is a bloody pain. By all accounts, i know you dont want to take credit or be propped up or what have you. The most i want to ask, from the bottom of my heart, is to do your best like you have been, and take care of yourself as best you can. No amount of love for the content, the shitposting and shenanigans and documentary is worth you sacrificing your future years for. We can wait for the content if it means doing what satisfies your soul doesn't kill your body. And anybody that can't is one of the sort that take from a person in pain, and they don't matter even remotely. You gotta do you man, and while in the end I can only speak for myself, the support in the patreon is my way of trying to say you're worth it, because everybody needs the chance to do what fills that little hole in the soul, and I believe in what you're doing. Not because you're some kind of special figure or celebrity or something, but because you're a normal dude sticking to his guns and giving me the hope that hey, maybe I can make dumb shit and make some friends along the way regardless of what the world wants to say about it. None of the costs for your productions should be coming out of your pocket. IMHO you should be taking 100% until the taxes are repaid to you and you've recouped what came out of your personal funds. After that happens, you need to be taking the 15% tax to yourself, plus money for coffee and ammo and things to make you happy and keep you going. Expending ammunition improves the quality of your work, so it's a work related expense. Many of your patreon supporters are here because they want to support it to sustain it. The only way you can actually let them down is by running this unsustainably. So <*insert shut up and take my money meme*>

In no way should you have to burn yourself for the great things you make. At a bare minimum you owe it to yourself I think to not go in the red. Your therapist said it better than I ever could, you gotta take care of yourself, hard though it no doubt is based on everything you've shared. Please take a cut.

So it is strange to hear you call yourself a voice it the crowd, when you are a SPIRITUAL lead of sorts. Your drive out does your depression, your voice blows through the BPL like a wildfire wafting the flames of it's members to do more to try to keep up to you. I understand, (on certain levels only), about depression, dealing with it in my own life time, And the self worth issues.... We all are somebodies, look around you and see all the TIGHT friends you have. They may not be a lot of people, but a few great friends are a testament of who you are. You and the BPL have inspired me to extend myself past my comfort boundaries, to try doing thing that I would normally be scared to do. (don't worry nothing dangerous.) So chin up and all that Jaz, you ARE a good person and.......... if I ever win the lottery I end up at your door and set you up for free....
