don't worry brother, Naruto's main power will always be chakra. Haven't decided if he would use magic yet but if so, it will be very minor as Naruto still has the ability to go into six path sage mode.

2023-09-17 00:16:31 +0000 UTCone thing i see in most fairytail x naruto crossover is that naruto abandons the use of chakra when he learns magic, please please don't do that! chakra is much better than magic when it comes to combat and its part of who naruto is so please don’t make naruto learn magic for combat. instead maybe he can learn magic that helps him in other ways, for example some kind of teleportation magic or space time magic that is not combat oriented just helps him move around and transport stuff and figure out a way home or maybe he can learn how to use ruins in the same innovative way the uzumaki clan used seals, or a magic to help him learn how to cook or helps him with a hobbies he gets into. hell even magic that creates barriers for protection like that one guy in one-piece anime or maybe you can use ether-nano in the atmosphere as an energy source to empower his chakra like natural energy did in the elemental nations. the point is that a big part of the fun of naruto crossovers is to see how naruto's abilities compares to the other world's power system so having naruto using things like dragon slayer magic defeats the purpose of him even having chakra.
