Here are the install guides for BEX https://discourse.modsinexile.com/t/battletech-extended-3025-3061-1-9-3-7/426 BTA3062 https://www.bta3062.com/index.php/Installation_Guide And Roguetech https://roguetech.fandom.com/wiki/Installation I put those in ascending order of difficulty. If you've beaten the base game, BEX is relatively easy to jump right into. BTA and Roguetech have a steeper learning curve. Also worth noting that these mods are more demanding on your PC than the base game (a modern gaming rig won't have issue, but an older setup may struggle)

2023-11-14 10:49:16 +0000 UTCSorry if this question has been asked before. I love playing HBS Battletech. I beat the campaign years ago and now just wandering around getting my stompy robot fix. All the custom KS characters are retired, flashpoints complete, mechbays filled with 100 ton death machines with +++ weapons. Then I see Tex play RogueTech and another custom varient. So my questions are. 1) How do I get these game modifications? 2) How do I install them without losing my original games for when I want to go back and play with my Annihilators? Thanks in advance.

2023-11-14 02:29:03 +0000 UTCFinished listening to the most recent podcast. The BPL seems to be composed of highly motivated shitposters and FloridaPeople. Amazing. Was listening to a podcast with Jonathan Pageau and Dr Martin Shaw where Dr Shaw made the comment that: "Storytellers are odd figures who've usually been hurt by the world early on." which got me thinking of you. On the subject of Malort. I'm part of a 4th July BBQ group and there are two special drinks, the Stein of Glory and the Mug of Shame. You are allowed to drink from the first if something significant has happened (weddings, childbirth, etc), the second you must drink from if you have sinned (3 party fouls, came last in fantasy football, etc). The mug has a picture of Hitler riding a unicorn along with some missive about regret, filled with whatever vile concoction our resident brewer can summon.

2023-11-10 23:36:19 +0000 UTCWell after watching Big Red covering the battletech expansion showing what happened to a splinter of Word of Blake i was sent into a lore dive into WoB and discovered their scary and devastating mech, Battle armour and vehicles. Tho you speak of proffering the clan invasion and the era post clan invasion I would like to hear how you feel about the WoB arsenal. I will admit now that their Battle armour and aerospace are of specific intrest

2023-11-10 22:24:33 +0000 UTCWonderful weekly update Mr tex, thank you and the rest of the bpl for the content you make. As well as for the messages of hope and encouragement y'all continue to spread. I appreciate that throughout y'alls content I never felt pressured to contribute monetarily. But I'm always happy to give what I can. The content is great, and requires funding. And work is plentiful for me, at least at the moment. I wish you and the rest of the crew and community a wonderful rest of the November! And hope your health continues to improve. Note - I promise I won't run of to support a v-tuber. I'm here for the long haul. Probably

2023-11-09 14:51:42 +0000 UTCWas thinking of Urbie brawl bowl. 6 Urbies enter and only one can survive. Walled arena with a hill on the middle. King of the Hill Rules, any Urbie that remains at the top of a hill for 3 turns is king and the others are destroyer by turrets. If an Urbie domes not move toward an opponent or the bill top they receive a AC2 reminder to move from a turret. I foresee this breaking down into a kicking and ramming fest. Thoughts?
