A Moderate Call to Attention

Nothing serious, aside from my plans for the next 3-5 years or so. Just going to sound it and get it out there. For, there is an action horizon, and I feel it's somewhat unavoidable.

Forward.

Patreon reading?, no, and sometimes the pod casts on delay by....weeks. :P

Tex, Save voice as needed. I am definitely listening to these each week and looking forward to hearing about what you and your team will be doing over the next 3-5 years. My question: Through The Aux I was made aware of the disturbing and hilarious tendency for people to leak classified military information on the War Thunder forums seemingly just to try to win arguments about vehicles in the game. As someone with a great deal of knowledge and experience in that space, I have to imagine you and the rest of the think tankers get a good laugh out of that. So I was wondering what your thoughts on that are. Is it common for people in that space to be so utterly devoid of common sense? What is your favorite example of something like that happening that you are allowed to share? Keep up the great work. I look forward to the Black Knight, Traveler documentary, and everything else you and your team are working on.

Long time lurker here, I listen to these updates every week. Save voice at your discretion; The past five years has beat the everloving fuck outta me, which i think we can all relate to here. Listening to your "Soap-boxing" really helped me pull through and kept on swinging, I would joke with a friend how the updates are worth the monthly payments with just how much i have taken away from your tenacious lense. As for your projects moving forwards, I am eager to see just what you and the team pull together, With patience and the hope if not trust that you guy's are looking after yourselves. As for a question, What do you think makes a good question? Godspeed Mr. Tex

Please save voice. I need advice for the Traveller campaign I am running. The ultimate goal of it is to flip the planets of the sector to being pirate havens with an eye on getting them loyal to the King on Drinax sooner or later. The options that come to mind for the players are: quid quo pro quests via backroom negotiations, kidnapping, blackmail, assassination, bribery, and fomenting revolts. As you can see, I have a bit of a one track mind on the topic of influencing planetary politics, and I feel relying solely on player initiative to flip planets is poor Refereeing. Do you have any suggestions on how to make friends and influence people in interstellar politics? Tangentially related; I am wrong to think WMD’s sitting in a space station and without maintenance for 2,000 years would be utterly inert, or at least completely ineffectual in their intended function?

[Insert Standard "Use Voice As Needed" Message Here] Mr. Tex, please consider my vote cast for a live recording where the AUX is live in the background, slotted as best for production schedules. Hear me out. The live story somehow ties in the AUX's chaos *as* a story element, such as the jamming alien signal embedded in the communication beacon the John Spacemen Team must repair or the spirits of the damned writhing and worming their way into the Jon Swordmen Team minds. Put the audience's shit posting to work!

I put money to two Patreon, BPL, and Perun. If I put that money to Paramount or Disney or whatever I would expect schedules be met and releases and stuff or I'd stop. Oddly...I don't care when you guys release stuff. I know I'm going to get the stuff I'm going to enjoy when I get it. It'll happen. I'll wait for it. It will be glorious. Ok, ii have a question. The Urbanmech LAM. Why? Why did someone do this. Just because they could, no, they need to ask if they should!
