* Clear separation of work time and your time is important. * Having a fixed schedule can help where you set out everyday to work on something related to your goals. * Pomodoro clock so you don't get too deep into something that isn't important. * If you are stuck on some task then work on something else, give you brain time to think about it. * You are already doing a lot of good practises, like meditation. Look over what you can accomplish and try to set reasonable expectations of task you get complete. * Also don't plan things like you are at your peak, plan things like it's your worst day then you are closer to reality because we tend to over estimate what we can do.

Agreeing with Hassell ^ . It's not scary like some people think...got me thru some really really rough times. You hit on the three things that I must remember to do when things start feeling a little out of control... proper sleep, breathing deep into the lungs, and get out & walk in the fresh air & sunshine. Also, you don;t have to do everything all at once all the time. Pace yourself...remember - baby steps. You have a lot of people out here surrounding you with love...make sure you feel that...Look out that window and know we're out here. πŸ’–
