In this update, there is only one base now for both the heeled and flat foot base instead of two separate bases, by default the base has flat feet, and if you want to make it heeled, you can make it healed by changing the value of the shape key to 1.000 and this update also brings Twist Bones and Improved Weight Painting as well.
